Refund policy

At Flame Box — 3D Designs, every product is a digital file (a 3D-printable STL model) delivered instantly by download. Because of the nature of digital goods, all sales are final and downloads are non-refundable once the file has been delivered.

 

We still want you to be happy. If your file is faulty, corrupted, or you received the wrong file, email us at mostafa.fawzy91@gmail.com within 14 days of purchase with your order number, and we will replace it or, if we cannot resolve the issue, issue a refund.

 

We cannot offer refunds for print results caused by your own 3D printer, slicer settings, or materials — but we're always glad to help you troubleshoot a print.
