Reporting a security issue

If you believe you have found a vulnerability in a Flame Box system, please write to security@flame-box.net rather than posting it publicly. Include what you found, where, and the steps to reproduce it.

We will acknowledge your report and keep you updated while we investigate. We ask that you give us reasonable time to fix the issue before disclosing it, and that you avoid accessing, changing or deleting other people’s data while testing.

Please don’t send vulnerability reports to our sales or support addresses — they won’t reach the right people quickly.

A note on invoice fraud. Flame Box will never email you to say our bank details have changed. If you receive a message that appears to be from us asking you to send payment to a new account, do not act on it — call us on the number below using a number you already have, and check. Attackers target construction and engineering payments specifically.
